Marks Offroad Adventures and Daytrips

      Today was my RDO so I decided to go for a drive and visit a couple of dams looking for flowers and birds and whatever else I come across along the way I enjoy going for a drive and visiting the surrounding dams some trips of which I probably haven’t posted yet, I done quite a few trips last year but don’t think I have posted them, it is still work in progress I will get there eventually I hope. It’s the wrong time of year for Wildflowers so I was more after some photos of the birds that may be around, being the start of Autumn, I also thought there may have been some colour in the trees.           My first stop was at Churchman Brook dam, I didn’t really stay long here I just went for a short walk around to have a look, there is playgrounds, Picnic tables and toilets here, you can walk up to the top of the dam and have a look, but it is a bit of a steep climb I tool a few photos and headed off.   Today I decided to go for a drive to some of the local beaches to get some photos I had a late start for work, so I had a bit of time to go out for a few hours. I stopped at the servo to get some lunch and made my way to Woodman Point; it was an overcast day and a little muggy I went for a wonder around Woodman Point had some photos in mind, but the weather was not suitable for what I wanted to do today so I just took some random photos. There was a flock of Terns on the other side of the point where I spent a little time with wanted to get some in flight but didn’t turn out to poor light, on my way back I spotted a red shouldered kit sitting on a dead tree I slowly made my way towards it.   After hanging around for a while I headed off there was and old building near the entrance to the point with an old dead tree next to it, so I took a few photos.     My next stop was Henderson Cliffs I like going here to put the drone up on a regular basis, the wi...
